REALITY™ Organizational Consequence Engine

Participants inherit an organization already in motion, perceive only part of its condition, assume stewardship of Responsible Functions, and inherit the reality their combined decisions produce.

Canonical Production Baseline v1.0.0
Automated demonstration: The engine generates a new set of function decisions for every evolution, calculates the resulting organizational reality, and carries those consequences forward through the full experience. Restructuring is intentionally excluded from Demo mode.
Each run produces a different organizational path.

Experience Demo

Run the demonstration to generate eight evolutions and an executive summary of the final organizational result.

Session architecture: Participants occupy persistent slots. Responsible Functions are assigned responsibilities that can change during the experience without erasing participant identity, history, or prior exposure.

Session Configuration

Active participants can scale from 4 to 12. Unassigned Responsible Functions remain present as engine-controlled organizational actors.

Restructure Controls

Rule-Based mode prevents a participant from keeping the same function and prefers movement to a meaningfully different organizational perspective.

Participant Slots

Each slot opens an independent Responsible Function Workspace using this same HTML file.

Function Coverage

Unoccupied functions remain active inside the Organizational Consequence Engine.

Operating rule: The experience presents organizational conditions, not lessons. Participants must determine what matters using incomplete but credible function-specific information.

Operating Standard

No function wins independently. No decision letter is inherently correct. Outcomes emerge from inherited conditions, partial perception, local responsibility, dependencies, and accumulated organizational behavior.

Canonical Cycle

Current Reality → Partial Context → Navigation → Function Decision → Combined Consequence → Updated Reality → Inherited Condition

Current Condition Dashboard

Internal values remain hidden from participants unless intentionally revealed.

Decision Pending

Inspect the workspace, then select the thought direction that best represents where this Responsible Function would naturally navigate first.

Where does your thinking naturally go first?

No decision submitted.
After submitting: Communicate your decision letter to the facilitator. Your Workspace records the selection on this device; the facilitator records the organization’s official decision.

Decision History

No prior decisions recorded.

Evolution Controls

The facilitator controls Reality Reveal. Participants receive changed conditions, not engine calculations.

Cognitive Navigation Matrix

Facilitator only: hidden translation from thought to consequence.

Certified Reasoning Trace

Complete an evolution to generate the governed reasoning trace.

Calculation and Assumption Register

Facilitator only. Registered thresholds, modifiers, interactions, delayed effects, pattern logic, bounds, and carry-forward assumptions used by the Labor Shortage engine.

Inherited Evolution History

Reveal principle: Participants receive the changed organizational condition, not the scoring logic that produced it.

Updated Organizational Reality

Locked
The facilitator has not released the updated reality.

1. Current Reality

The organization exists before participants enter it. Requirements, capacity, history, trust, demand, capability, risk, and constraints define the inherited state.

2. Responsible Functions

Participants protect core organizational capabilities through their assigned Responsible Functions. Functions are universal responsibilities, not departments or job titles.

3. Partial Perception

Each function receives different evidence, at different times, with legitimate blind spots and delayed information.

4. Bounded Decisions

Every option is plausible within the function's authority, objectives, constraints, and interpretation of reality.

5. State Transition Resolution

Governed rules resolve permanent transitions against canonical organizational states before consequences are executed.

6. Organizational State Library

Qualified Capacity is defined once, versioned, masked without erasure, and perceived through twelve governed function views.

7. Inherited Reality

The changed organizational state becomes the next evolution's starting condition. Nothing resets because the meeting ended.

8. Participant Slots

Each participant occupies an independent session slot that is assigned stewardship of one Responsible Function. Slots persist even when functions change.

9. Responsibility Transition

During restructuring, the facilitator or engine can reassign functions across occupied slots, randomize transitions, preserve participant history, and scale the active experience to the number of participants.
